The biopsy reporting seems odd, seems to imply that only two cores were done? If so, it would not provide a very complete understanding of the situation. Is there more to the report than what you summarized?
My previous recommendations are still valid. He does need to get treated based on his “young” age (I am 73) and what you have presented. The problem is the type and extent of the “treatment” cannot be determined with any reliability based on what has been provided in my opinion. He should get with his doctors (GP, Uro, and RO) and insure they are obtaining all necessary info. If he is located near a well known cancer “center of excellence”, he should have his situation reviewed by them to insure he is getting the most up-to-date treatment advice. He should have a number of options made available to him for consideration.
