Most guys using this site are searching for information. An AI site I’ve been using is an app called Perplexity. It’s a free app and I find it easy to use for general information. Best wishes…Terry

I use Claude ( Claude.ai ), and find it extremely helpful and detailed. The free version limits your questions in a given time frame, so if you go up against the limit, you have to wait a few hours to ask again. But I find the limit more than sufficient 95% of the time.

I tried using Perplexity and I've found it to be excellent.

Typing in : GS8 one core and no adt brachy boost PSA 0.055 at 7 years

and the information is incredible.

AI may well mean the end of ‘patient’ forums such as this one (and many others).

It will be just like other searches, input your question/information into 3 different AI systems and compare results. Due diligence will be required on the patient's part as well as taking results to doctors for discussion.

It is just a matter of time before advertisers find a way to get their products recommended by a AI system or AI will solicit Bitcoin donations from companies/individuals for favorable recommendations. Brave New World....?

I typed in my PCs history/status and asked for info on salvage therapy. The results were quite good!

I would bet my bottom dollar that all of the AI models used this site (and others) for training data.

The intelligence is actually here, with real people asking real questions and getting real responses from real people.

If humans stop helping humans the AI will be stuck in time absent some new data sources to train on.

The owners of this site would do well to capitalize on that. Our real experiences and advice are like gold to AI systems. (My two cents).

In fact, try asking this AI about users of (and other info about) healingwell.com -- you may be surprised at the results. The answers to my PCa questions were based on published research, with references numbers and sources.
