Could not urinate 1/19/07

PSA 144

Gleason 4+3=7

CT & Lower Abdoman scan negative with exception of enlarged prostate and evidence of cancer advanced localized to prostate glan.

Had a previous MI, age now 69 so doctor suggested TURP

After TURP and 6 months of HT PSA .097

Suggested Intensive Modulated Radio Treatment

Have not considered as of 11/29/07

If you are considering radiation might want to check out IGRT or the newest Tomotherapy. Both are supposed to be more exact. There's also proton.
