Hi all,
I'm about 6 weeks post surgery and making decent progress on the incontinence front. Where I'm not seeing much progress is in regards to ED. Since my catheter removal, I've used a VED and Cialis (5 mg) for theraputic reasons. I haven't been real happy with the VED (still practicing though) for IC and have therefore been trying full strength doses of Cialis (20mg), Levitra (20mg) and Viagara (100mg). While I do see increased engorgement with the ED meds, I can't achieve anything capable of penetration yet.
More specifically, I can achieve a soft, semi-erection of about 75 degrees (if I were to measure from a standing position). Pre-surgery I was probably at about 160-175 degrees and fully hard.
My question is, what should my (and my wife's) expectations be in regards to the next 6-12 months? Will I see undetectable gradual progress? Or might I wake up one day with a major improvement? Also, for those who saw improvement, did it occur in the first six months, second six, second year? Maybe I'm being unrealistic but my goal is useable erections via ED meds only.
I know that my impatience is showing here, but I'm trying to garner more realistic expectations via other's experiences.
Thanks in advance!
