Margins: Clear
Lymph Nodes: Clear
Seminal Vesicles: Clear
Gleason: No increase from biopsy 3+4/7
Some perineural and capsule invasion.
With a 3.5 PSA and T2c,NO,MX AJJC we feel there is a high probability the PCa is localized. Only time will tell.
Wife/Uro Nurse will pull catheter out at home Tuesday. Also good to know I'll be in good hands working on any ED situation IF we see that. The old boy has been up to his old tricks even while the catheter is still on.
Doc says its time to stop worrying about
the cancer and time to start worrying where my private nurse and I will be spending our getaway time.
Time to update the siggy.

Buddy,
That's still a pretty good report, enough to move forward with, and finish healing on the road to a full recovery. My wifey is a nurse too, comes in handy, but boy, she can be tough at times on this patient, lol.
