i'd bet my house that at 25 you don't have PCa. Not impossible, but really really unlikely.

Did you have a DRE?

See/talk to a urologist and get to the bottom of it.

I agree, at age 26 this is not likely, but I am neither a doctor or a statistician, so do not rely on my opinion.

However, you do need to continue looking for an answer and you need to answer some questions for yourself and relay it to the doctor.

Does the pain increase when you make a doo-doo?
Do you have the piles (hemorrhoids) or have a family history of that condition?
Any changes in your doo-doo habits?
Have you ever had a kidney stone or does any one in your family suffer from that?
Is your pee dark or bloody off and on?

There are plenty of other common maladies that can cause what you are feeling. Your prostate lies in the middle of a crossroad where lots of other traffic rolls through. Having had all of the above, plus prostatis, and an enlarged prostate, trust me, I know. I have even had all of them at the same time. Trust me, there are times you don't know which condition is sending the signals to your brain. It is easy to freak out and think I got this, and it turns out I got that.

I have no way of telling you which of these it could be, if any. But you make sure your doctor is aware of all possibilites, and you tell him all changes of color, frequencies and experiences. Including making whoopee, as some of your making whoopee sensors are also located in the general vicinity.

Don't stop until you get an answer.

A PSA of under 1.0 is considered normal for anyone under the age of 40.  So yes, .9 is normal.  You can't ejaculate 36 hours before your PSA test.  You also don't want to have a DRE before the test or do any heavy bike riding.  Basically, do nothing 3 days before the test.

Yes, but not like you described. I had lower back pain, difficult start urinating, burning urination and even sometimes, darn near impossible to urinate when I felt my bladder was gonna burst.

Seriously, you need to find a Dr. that will take you seriously and find out what is going on. But I still feel, in your case, that it is not PCa. I have known a couple of men that discovered birth defects that did not show up until they were in there 20's. One had one kidney that simply never developed and another had to have some plumbing re-routed correctly.

I am not a Doctor, but what is going on with you is very abnormal and you need to find help. Good luck.
