Bimix/pain, need help

    I am using 20/1 bimix and a 31 gauge 5/16 needle. I am doing .80 ml now. I am injecting at about 2:00.

    The needle is fine with no pain. The erection is only about 50 % and lasts about 20 minutes.

    Questions?

    I have a dull pain at the base of my penis the whole time. Nothing I can't bear but it is uncomfortable. It does last about 2 hours.

    Is there a possibility that I am going in to far and not in the spot I am supposed to be?  Can I go completly through the corpus cavernosum?

    Could this be why I am only getting 50% along with the pain?

    I thought people only got a pain with trimix.

    I will still keep trying but it is frustrating for me and my wife.

I am using a new product called Quadmix , SEE LINK http://www.wedgewoodrx.com/items/quad-mix-injection-solution.html ,it is trimix plus some other pain reliever stuff , I have used it from the start , but injections take time to work , and the shot needs to be right ,2 or 9 oclock and it's good ,I use a pump first ,makes target easier and blood already in it ,then massage it ,It didn't work the first 3 or 4 times but at .07 it works , talk to uro before you adjust amount , a you don't want the 4 hour deal which I have not had .One thing I found out was If you have a cold and might be taking sinus or allergy pills , it will lessen the effect , don't give up , do your therapy with a pump as much as possible and do the kegals , it all matters , it's like anything else the more you work it the better , sounds like you have a willing partner which I have that makes it so ,much better , don't be afraid if it doesn't happen , it will or just fooling around sessions build up to it . It's a good idea to try each dose at least twice. I'm sure your doctor told you to switch sides every time. I find that I often get less reaction on the left side than the right and trying each dose twice means it gets tried on both sides before I move on.

I have not heard of anyone having a problem with the 5/16 inch needle going thought the corpus carvernosum; however, if you feel that this is possibility you may want to plump you're penis up a bit before you inject. Some guys do this with a vacuum device, others just shake it a bit to get more blood to flow into it.

As to the pain, when I first started injecting I had a similar pain. With time it went away.

Since you are at 50% it sounds to me like you are on a good path to hit 100% in the near future. Hang in there and work with your doc. He can always change the compounding of the Bimix or switch you to quadramix or Trimix.
