I was diagnosed with an aggressive prostate cancer, gleason #7, PSA 27. Radiation and Lupron shots did not help, but PC Spes did! When it was no longer available, I changed to PCHOPE. This was 2002. I started with 4 a day, when PSA went below 1, I took 2 a day, when PSA went below 0.5, I took one a day. My oncologist tests my prostate with the finger every year. Has been flat, and no problems. I started all this in 2001, and to-day I am 86 years old, and in good health. In my opinion there is no difference between PC-spes and PC-hope.
