Last PSA was 0.01 good. One more year to go with the hormone therapy. My sex drive is zero but am happy to be alive to tell about
it. Here is where I could use a few tips. I'm tired most of the time--lethargic describes it better. I'm sure this is a side effect from the Lupron and Terezosin and is further complicated by having a low testosterone level from the HT. Any thoughts? Hope most of my pals are still am among us.
Very sorry about

No idea about
the HT but wanted to wish you well. Sounds rough.
Take care.

I have found that walking or bike riding everyday will limit my fatigue issues. If I miss a few days because of work or life just gets in the way, it takes awhile to get out of that funk. With that said, if I am fatigued, I will take a nap. When I lived in Greece, this was part of the culture - Siesta time, shops & schools closed every day for a couple of hours in the heat of the day. Good luck with your journey and stay physically active.
Regards,
Kris

I am a surgery guy so I can't help you either but I am going through a lot of the same symptoms right now. My T is okay but get very tired the past few weeks. I sometimes wonder if it is just mentally dealing with this beast.
