The answer to almost any question on this forum is to ask you doctor. Having said that those two treatment options for ED can be mixed up every which way, for the most part, so the answer is mostly "no, if won't cause probelms" with one or two caveats:

1) Some guys pump a bit before they inject to eliminate the 'micro-surgery' problem on injection. If you do that you want to do so without using a ring and only pump to about half way. One of the benefits of trimix is that it brings better-oxygenated blood into the tissues than the pump does. If you pump to your full glory then inject you are losing some of that oxygenation benefit.

2) If you pump after injecting (to get firmer) be sure you hold pressure on the injection site for several minutes after you inject. Pumping can make any slight bleeding at the injection site worse and can add to the danger of scarification.

3) I have found it difficult to inject while pumping since it is difficult to get the needle through the plastic sides of the pump.
