If you agree with John T, why did you think it "best to leave it as reported" without even a comment? In fact, you drew out a quote from the article that encourages misinterpretation. To me, it's another example of irresponsible media sensationalism. The article itself isn't bad, but the headline's only purpose is to attract attention through controversy. I think we should stand against this sort of thing, rather than propagate it.

Yep, misleading title. See Quincy's comment; the study had nothing to do with men like him but, based on the title and the quote, it sounds like it does.

This is another study comparing long vs short term ADT for intermediate risk men undergoing radiation as primary therapy. If it defined "long" or "short" I read past it but it probably was talking about
six months being as good as a year, or a year being as good as two. Something like that.
