Found a very good MO I am comfortable with. Both my MO & RO had the same advice, go another 6 months

and see what happens. The rate of increasing PSA seems to have slowed so I'm glad for that. Could be awhile

at this rate before I need further treatment. My urologist retired and I do not like his replacement.


Do you really need one at this point?

Thanks for this update. Great data. I'm hopeful that you'll be able to watch and wait for a few decades or more. I may have missed your post rp Gleason and would like to know that number, if possible.

Sounds like you're getting good advice. At this point I think you MO and RO are enough. A URO would be nice but I'd assume you're next step would be some kind of SRT which you need the RO for.

You might want to just be on the lookout for a good URO in case you need one down the line but for now sounds like you've got the team you need.

Post Op PSA was .05 and stayed that way for about 2-1/2 years. I have changed my diet to a Mediterranean style and do a lot of brisk walking for exercise. I think that is good for all to do.
