Casper,
I have been following your journey since it began, but I haven't posted much since I had nothing to offer except my support. As a retired military veteran, you can equate your fight with that of a war. Some (few) would say wait until "you see the whites of their eyes" while others such as myself believe in immediate, devastating firepower. It worked for me although a diminished enemy always reappeared later.
Like "Steel Guy"--hammer & tongs--and possibly Tall Allen I favor the "multi" approach and feel that starting Provence now would be of benefit; it does take time to build up an immunity. Even Myers favors the "multi" approach so if you can handle the SE's do it. I'm certainly pleased that you informed us you don't have rectal cancer. All the best to you young man.
