peed standing up, or progress on incontinence

So I've been doing better during the day and actually used the same pad today as yesterday, during the day. When I get home from work I change my pants and get rid of the pad, so basically back to pre-op configuration. I think this part of rehab helps a lot, just letting the "package" hang like in the old days. Tonight after a couple glasses of wine I peed standing up instead of sitting down, for the first time in seven months. That felt good. Although, truth be told, I usually sit at home anyway because I know what happens to nearby cabinetry otherwise. Anyway, I'm feeling better and I hope others at this stage of recovery can see a light at the end of the tunnel also.
