Missed my 6mouth psa reading with oncologist

Went to my primary care physician and got blood work done and also checked my psa. Still undetectable are zero as they say so I canceled my six mouth visit with my oncologist. Reason why is because I'm not really sure what he is doing beside taking my co-pay and telling me to come back in six mouths. I've explained my conceres with incontenance after three year. Question is ... If your still getting undetectable reading and you made up your mind to just live with the incontenance why go see your onc. My co-pay cost 100 buck. A small price to pay for life but a lot to pay for a finger in the butt and come back in six mouth.

I too have my primary care doctor's office do my routine blood work..I can just walk in without an appointment, the nurse draws the blood and I'm out of there in 5 minutes. Since I did not see the doctor, there is no copay for this service..They call me with the results and FAX them to my Urologist and Oncologist.

My RO kicked me out after I finished RT and sent me back to my Uro and PCP for monitoring. Said not to come back unless the PSA showed rising trend. Even my Uro doesn't see me anymore - just his RN sending out the six month reminder and test results. My Uro said to call him if I had problems or concerns, otherwise, save my copay for beer money...
