Good question! I was having a similar discussion with my pharmacist couple of days ago. As I started with I assume a weak version of Trimix, with so so response as I worked up from rec start dose of 20U's to 40 and getting ready to try 60. Enthusiastically tried Bimix to escape the Trimix ache with near zero response even at 100u's. So as he was suggesting a different Bimix type mixture I asked him if we shouldn't rather be leaning towards something with additional prostoglandin, or at least still containing it, since the Trimix sort of worked but the Bimix worked way less. He seemed to agree and we will talk in person next week.
Edit: I am not familiar with the Forskolin, that is a mew one to me. I thought Quadmix had atropine.
