And just so you know push ups are planks also, but a little different. Anyone doing sit-ups crunches etc for belly would do much better with planks , standard core exercise's{google} lots them online.and I don't care what your PT says if you are not doing cardio for 30 5 times a week, preferably 40, you will never know the benefit of heart/lung machine on fire. I do min of 1 hour at @ 135 to 140 beats a minute. I do not even count that as my work out. After that I eat a avocado, cucumber, tuna sandwich and a costco power bar, plenty water and then start my workout… 2 hours of cable work, Trx strap work, floor core workouts. I do this daily unless surf is up, was today and I eliminate the cardio work. I sup surf continuously for 2 hours always moving, then hit the gym for da kine gym workout just posted. Evidence of knowledge, with a temptation of evidence of fame. I want to in spire not ex pire, and I want this for youse guys too. I can't believe I can do this either, but I swear I do I ain't special Im just a disciple/ discipline. Just fudging do it!!!!
