NCCN just published its 2015 Physician guidelines. This defines the standard-of-care at many of the top tertiary care hospitals in the US. I've only quickly perused it.
Among the major changes to the 2014 edition: They've endorsed mpMRIs for Active Surveillance, the use of new PET radiotracers, endorsed docetaxel for high volume mHSPC, and added a very comprehensive section for CRPC. I'll comment if I see anything else that is radically different. The more user-friendly revised patient version should be out soon.
