What should I make of a PSA result of <.1 ng ??

Personally, if I had ever had a result like that I would take it as UNDETECTABLE. It would appear your lab only goes down to the single digit range for results. Your results say that you are in the 0 point zero something range.

Do you know if they are one of those Labs ?

Perhaps I should get a follow-up test in a few months ?

I'd make a part of it - good result.

and yes retest some time, some day.
