Had a lunch meeting with ex-boss and a private investigator that's been working with us on this 7 year old corporate lawsuit. The guy is 68, had his first ever PSA test, he was nervous because of my ongoing PSA.
His came back as .4. yep, .4, that's way low even age factored. Plus they checked his natural T-levels and it was 995. He's not making it up, because he showed me the printout on his I-Phone. Congratulated him on both counts,
told him, that at his age and with readings like those, he shouldn't have any real concerns about PC in his lifetime.
On the negative side, guy is severe diabetic, has in-planted insulin pump, and recently survived a minor stroke, and a quad heart by-pass about 2-3 years ago.
So I guess it doesn't pay to compare. His heart and/or diabetes could probably get him as fast or faster than many of our PC journeys. But at least it took the fear out of his mind on that subject.
Being recently divorced after a 40 something year marriage, he's happy to know his T level is still so high, feels like he's got a chance of going for round two at some point.
