Wasserman, I don't know how long it lasts, but I have the burning while urinating as well. My cath came out on Tuesday. And, yea, there is this low level ache in the whole area.

All normal guys. I had the burning, although just for a day or two. The dull ache lasted a couple of weeks for me. Everyone's different.
