Yep, I have been putting chopped walnuts in my oatmeal each morning for years. We had a diet speaker at our local PC support group. He mentioned walnuts and said Brazil nuts are really good for your health. So, good diet with a portion of nuts will help us but it is not a substitute for medical treatments.
Sophie- after reading your link I think I will ramp up my walnut consumption. I like them anyway.
Same here! I was doing that for a while but have got out of the habit, which is silly since I love them. Although, I have been eating a lot of Pistachio nuts lately. So delicious, but expensive! Hope they are in the group of helpful foods!
