At this point, don't panic. Healthy concern yes, but even in the worst case, you've got time to confirm and plan any future treatment.
It's likely that this is just a bump in the road and you won't have to do anything. In the past we use to think that you'd start thinking about SRT at .1 and get it done by .2, but recent studies are suggesting lower trigger points.
Waiting 1-3 months for a retest might be okay.
Hang in there and let us know what the doc says,
