Blood in urine

Hi everyone,
back in January 2015 I noticed blood in my urine, it was murky brownish red so I immediately went to a&e where the doctor gave me anti-biotics which seemed to have worked. I had no pain or anything only couple of days ago I was sick so was my wife and kids which might if been from a virus. A week before the incident I was in Bangladesh where I was using a motorcycle on a regular basis on all sorts of roads even very uneven and slightly muddy.

In march 2015 I got my cbt license again after 12 years I thought I'd use a bike again to save time as the traffic was too much due to new bicycle lane works being carried out for 18 months. I also have been cycling for at least 2 to 3 hours a day Monday to Thursday for work for about four years now.

Two weeks ago I realised slight pressure building up in my bladder area, then groin area(left) after about an hour during urination I realized there was blood in the urine so again to a&e who gave me antibiotics .earlier that day I hadn't drunk much water I never do maybe just 2 glass a day and it was slightly sunny,did sweat a little after cycling too then on the motorbike to get home which was about 10 mins ride.

4 days later went to see the doctor who said there was no infection, but should continue with the antibiotics.
Week later gave another urine sample to gp. 8 days later realised blood in urine again and also had groin pains and its been continuing like that where couple days in ok then it starts again.

I have got ct scan and cystoscopy appointments in a weeks time .

I was wondering if anyone has had the same or similar problem and what your outcome was,or if anyone can enlighten me on this subject as it's so frightening.
