Hmm. I'd also eliminate most animal protein (includes eggs, dairy and meat/fish). Cut to one such meal per day. Consider the Pomi-T supplement, it is supposed to reduce PSA rise rate by 75%. If it does not decline, get a C11 scan to figure where it is and nuke it.
