Let us not forget what month this is and what it means

This month, September, is of course National Prostate Health Month (NPHM). As the Wikipedia article (which is short and worth reading):

reminds us, "… NPHM is observed every September in the United States by health experts, health advocates, and individuals concerned with men’s prostate health."

Why don't we all take a moment to do some googling and see what some of the things are that will be going on during this month, both traditional things, and maybe some new ones that are starting up as well?

And do feel free to post below any sentiments that you may have about "our' month, and especially about any activities (gatherings, walks, etc.) that you will be engaging in to spread the message about PCa durng NPHM.

Thanks for starting this thread.

I started wearing my blue PCa wristband to hopefully start some conversations about PCa Awareness. I usually do a couple of 5K walks. Fort Lauderdale's Zero Walk is scheduled for November this year instead of September. Signing up for it this weekend, it was just announced.

My wife and I have a vacation planned for October in Gettysburg, PA so I found a Zero Walk in Bethlehem, PA and signed up for it. We will drive 120 miles the day before the walk, spend the night and participate in the walk then drive back to Gettysburg. Should be fun and cool for us Floridians.
