Free testosterone levels a predictor for PCa progression?

I did a forum search and didn't see this discussed anywhere previously.

This 2014 study claims that AS patients with low free testosterone (less than .45 ng/dL) are more likely to have their disease progress and require treatment.

Does anyone know if there have been further studies that either validate or refute this claim?

That's the only one I've seen that specifically addresses Active Surveillance. There have been several that have found an association between naturally low testosterone levels and risk of PC and of developing high risk PC.
