Many scientific videos at this link..

From the thread on milk vs. cancer, there are many good videos to check out at the link. They explore fish oil, eggs, flaxseed, vegetarian diet, French fries etc.
Some 35% of us diagnosed, will recur in their lifetime. Rather that the inevitability, PCa can be slowed down. The cancer wants to grow. If we can slow it down sufficiently, it may never threaten our lives.
After watching many of the videos here's my take:
1. Eggs and poultry are particularly bad.
2. Dairy is bad.
3. Flaxseed is good.
4. Broccoli and cabbage are good.
There's lots of science described. Animal protein triggers gut bacteria to produce an agent TMAO that feed cancer. Plant protein does not trigger. They studied persons on antibiotics and they were protected from TMAO production as the bacteria was dead.
Many diet studies are triggered by petri dish observations, that are confirmed with real person's biopsy and PSA tests.
Another take away: our cancer fate (prostate, breast and presumably others) is determined in puberty food consumption. Excessive dairy, age 12-19 sets up cancer at 50-70. So there may be a need to guide our children and grand children.
