Met with GI doc who suggests endoscopic RF ablation for rectal bleeding caused by previous IMRT over a year ago to prostate bed. It's a quick, safe one time treatment on outpatient basis which causes the affected area to heal over 3-4 months. He claims it's safer and more predictable than argon plasma coagulation and other treatments.
Has anyone done it?
