I blew that out of the water.
I have an identical twin and his PSA is below 1. He is obese, eats junk food, and doesn't exercise. While I have taken baby aspirin, and statins for over 25 years and in excellent shape except for the prostate cancer. I also drank at least 10 cups a coffee a day, very active and eat low fat for my entire life. All of which should reduce my risk for prostate cancer.
Statistically I must be the outlier.

You most probably are. Who was it who said only the good.....
I, too, am an identical twin and we were both diagnosed this year. Our dad was diagnosed at age 78. darn genetics.....
