Possible Pain While Sitting Down

hello, everyone. is it possible to feel a lump in your prostate while sitting down? my brother says he feels a funny kind of pain when sitting down. next tuesday, he goes to his urologist, because of a rising psa [7.6] and he's 42 years old. so, i was wondering if the pain he's feeling could possibly be a lump in his prostate. he said he's noticed this pain just over the past few days. so, i'm a bit concerned for him

That could also be a hemorrhoid or any of a number of things. I'd think it unlikely it's the prostate.

Good he's going to see a URO. It might be an infection. Sudden onset seems more liken an injury or infection than anything else.

Best to get the doc to check it out.
