Libido post Ralp

Does anyone have info or experience with decreased libido after RALP ? I recently read a post that mentioned this and feel like it may be something I need more info on. I am 2 years post Ralp today and have my 2 year PSA test this coming Monday. Ed and stress incontinence are still issues for me and my drive is not what it used to be. I am well versed in the Ed treatments as I have used VED, TRimix Shots, Traction devices, and finally 20 mg of Cialis every friday. Results are mixed which makes me question how my libido plays into all of this. I plan to ask My Dr at Mayo on Monday, but i would be interested in real world opinions. I have heard it takes 2 years to heal from the surgey and another year for our brain. Makes sense to me. Any info is appreciated. Thanks.

Had my appointment on Monday. Good news is Undetectable PSA at 2 year post RALP. On the flip side, The ED doc told me I am done with the rehab phase. He believes I am as good as I am going to get and He suggested going back to trimix shots and leaving the cialis behind. The trimix gets better results with out the side effects that I get from Cialis. I did have my T tested and it looked good at 664. Feeling somewhat bummed on the ED stuff, but undetectable is awesome. Going to try the trimix again and see where we go. I was offered 2 surgeries to correct the ED and leakage but declined at this time. Going to try to put this in the rearview and move on. Thanks for the support.
