Well today is day 21 after surgery & I'm finally starting to feel some improvement.
I have been trying to maintain my Kegels therapy (still early days) but it seems to be causing some soreness or pain in the scrotum penile area, so have eased back a bit. But I do seem to be getting much better control over my incontinence.
Got a surprise this afternoon when an erection happened unexpectedly, when washing the dishes in the kitchen (lol - day 3 on Cialis). Initially there was a bend to the left where one part had not stretched & it looked like it was going to hourglass- OMG it's Peyronies first thought. After some manhandling, it all seemed to readjust and then looked like old normal. Maybe it's just stretching the urethera (my prostate was big 72gm)? The whole episode was accompanied by moderate pain at the base (left side). I'm guessing this is just normal - it better be, my urologist is at the urol conference in San Diego and I'm in Oz.
