Grateful to receive a clean bill from the doc on my 3 yr. I still have the occasional leaks during the day for no apparent reason but it's not much or unmanageable, just irritating because I can't correlate it to anything. Doc thinks it may be caffeine because I really enjoy quad espressos. The libido has fallen off so the doc says we are far enough away with enough negatives that we can look at my testosterone levels and see if I may need a slight boost. He says the old protocol was to wait 5 years before considering that but the current protocol is 3.
Hopefully that will help my libido and erections.
I've been using trimix injections with success, except it seems that it takes forever to climax. Not a bad thing for the misses but it can get tiring - LOL. The doc switched me to the trimix gel. It didn't work for me, just burned my Urthera and gave me a little swelling, totally killed the mood, not sure I could overcome the burning epsensation even if I did get hard.
Health is good, did two Spartans, and my first and last half marathon last year. I love running but I'm going to have to give it up for something less impacting. I've had plantar fasciitis since September and now my knee needs to get scoped on Tuesday. Still, better than the alternative and I'm grateful for every day I get to open my eyes even if I am falling apart. I'm so thankful for my female family doc that raised the flag even though I was in the "normal" ranges for PSA during my physical. Im rambling now so I'll just say it ain't perfect, it's the new normal but I'll take it. Have a blessed 4th.
