I am mostly on a vegan diet and my bloodwork is good. Weight and cholesterol and inflammation are down.
The part about
B-12 is true. I have read that the part about
incomplete proteins is passe.
A lot of people in India are doing well on it.
I will avoid climbing Mt Everest.
