It is estimated that sepsis will kill 75,000 people this year ..... roughly three times the number of PCa deaths. And this is just sepsis (i.e. Doesn't include the other superbugs).
Sepsis death rates are growing dramatically and the CDC now considers sepsis a medical emergency. However, it is estimated that 80 percent of sepsis cases are contracted outside of hospital settings.
