Progesterone cream to treat prostate cancer

Hello there
My father was diagnosed with prostate cancer last year and he has been on hormonal therapy. For the past six months he has been on abiraterone but now it's not working for him. Last week his PSA level was 250. I'm searching for ways to bring his PSA level down. I read that progesterone cream can help with that but I did not find much about it online. I was wondering if anyone here tried progesterone cream and does it really help ?

Thank you for your reply..i was searching the net and reading a book called the miracle of bio identical hormones and the doctor suggested progesterone and testosterone creams but as you said there are not any scientific articals.
