Unfortunately, like treatment for PCa, it seems to depend on who and when you ask. When I was diagnosed recently, I immediately dumped eggs, dairy, read meat, poultry, processed foods, bread/grains, and sugar (other than fruit) from my diet. Basically I started eating nothing but organic vegetables, fruit, and wild caught Alaskan Salmon and sardines.
I have since become a patient of a doctor at the Cleveland Clinic who is a urologist who's only work now/ interest is nutrition for people with prostate cancer through the Clinic's Functional Medicine program. Interestingly, he says that eggs in moderation are "okay". So, I now have added occasional (1-2 per month) to my diet. Then again, as I read myself earlier, I know that plenty of others have said to stay away from eggs completely.
