I am 25 days post op and did not left my house except taking my dog for a walk daily.

I am very disappointed and totally regret having surgery.
This is not life that I can accept at age of 51 but I do not have a choice now.
I'm really sorry to hear this. All I can say is that I hope that you really needed an aggressive treatment...it's all the sadder, it seems, when this happens to someone who was on the fence about
monitoring or treatment because immediate treatment was not needed.
Unfortunately it happens all too frequently and randomly, largely irrespective of the skill or experience of your surgeon...one can tip odds in their favor somewhat by going with the highly experienced surgeon, but some patients from all surgeons have the outcomes you are describing. It's very random.
The greatest thing on your side is time. It may be months, or years, but your incontinence side effects at 25 days will probably improve over time. It doesn't for some—although there are additional surgical procedures (we call that the "slippery slope") which have improved things for some of them, but that's not until things are further down the road. Give it some time. It's hard to say to you to "be patient," but that's what you need now.
Good luck
