Hello fellow brothers and sisters,

Some updates from me. As of today, my dad has no treatment plans incorporated yet. His most recent PSA is at 1700 and ALP at over 2000. Bone scan showed disease progression and will he will be having radiation to his sternum and most likely pelvis (most intense uptake) next week.

He completed taxotere/carboplatin in the July and did not show any benefits while on Jevtana. The medonc wanted him to try Etoposide/Cisplatin but we decided against it due to its toxicity. Meanwhile the only treatment he's on is basically localized radiation (pain level @4).

At this juncture, we are not sure what more can be done. Probably going for Xtandi or possibly Xofigo.
