I sure did. Almost exactly 2 years after IMRT. I had bright red blood streaks in the toilet bowl, and it was alarming. It happened only twice, a week apart.
My urologist decided to do a full urogram (CT scan with tracer) to look for any issues in the urinary system. It all looked perfect.[Edit: well, not perfect. They found a Bosniak 2f grade renal cyst on my right kidney. Not usually a problem, lots of people have them, and we just watch it for any changes by an annual scan.]
Also, did a cystoscopy. That was probably the least pleasant exam of anything I've had done. The camera passing through the prostate was "uncomfortable". The doc said, "This is going to be uncomfortable, just take a deep breath and exhale as we pass through here.'. He was right! Nothing found there either. They look for the two places where the ureters feed the bladder, to make sure the urine there looks clear.
So, no obvious urinary system cancer lesions, or other serious misbehavior. Ruled out anything truly serious, so down now to probably a burst capillary from radiation therapy, or some such.
To this day, my urine tests still show trace blood. Doesn't seem to be a problem, and nothing more to be done about it apparently.
