Glad to hear you are doing well, sounds like you are well on your way to being dry. After about 4 months of pads, I graduated to a folded napkin or paper towel, just in case of a squirt due to sneeze or cough.

Let's see it's been exactly 5 weeks since my cath was removed. I seem to be getting better each day. Just keep doing the Kegel exercises.

I still have a few drops occurring. The biggest issue I have is having to wake at 4:00 in the morning to go. But this is down from 2x a night.

I'm a great believer in Kegel power. I was fortunate enough 6 weeks before my RP to be referred to a female Dr who specialises in pelvic floor work; women mainly but increasingly for PC guys. The advice to start them 6 weeks before RP is no use to you I'm afraid but I was 99% continent within 3 months and totally now. I put that down to the exercise. I still see her for tuneups so I would encourage you to keep them going but DO see a pelvic floor exercise specialist to for a tune up. They also help with ED which is still work in progress for me but progressing.

My biggest problem is getting up from a chair or getting out of my car I feel a small squirt.

Any suggestions on that? I try to do a kigle just before I get up but then I get a small release.

Cath came out yesterday, Im wearing the heavy pads but unsure if I really need that big of pad. I sleep well get up at my 2:00 pee where I can go its as the day progresses.

Maybe Im in to big of hurry being its been one day
