A friend asked me an interesting question I could not answer nor did I find any research on- I completed the Oncotype genetic testing prior to my RALP. It came back as 93% likely my cancer was organ contained. Does that number also apply post RALP- in other words is it less likely I will experience BCR because that number was so favorable? Thanks

raypaul, with or without oncotype testing, your 10% G7 surgical pathology--very similar to mine--gives a statistical result of >95% probability that we were both 'once and done'. In other words, we both might be in the 5% unlucky ones, but I'm planning on living as if I'm in the 95% unless something shows up contrary.
