I have now been on Lupron for 30 months I took my last Lupron shot in January I plan to stay off Lupron until my PSA goes up at this time it is undetectable it is my greatest hopes that it will stay that way as I take my vacation a question is does the time start when you got your last shot or at the end of your last 3 months shot I will test every 3 months to check my PSA and to tetesterone.

After 30 months on Lupron, your testosterone will recover slowly if at all.....I would check both PSA and "T" every 60 days and see how things go....My oncologist refused to do a "vacation" with me. His reasoning was "You let the cat out of the bag, it can be very difficult to get him back in..." Good luck though....I know where you are coming from...
