Ok need some advie pls...psa is up again

Ok just had my Uro visit,,,did flow study, urine sample, bladder scan...all normal...flow was slow but not real bad....he said " prostate is 55 grams, feels fine, no issues"
He said and ill quote "with the size of your prostate your psa could be 6 and still normal"

Does that make sense ??
