Hello Alephnull,
I always follow your posts ...
My doctors remind me that while we are always watching P.S.A. levels, we need to look at other components, too --- before making any treatment decisions, going forward.
With that being said, my doctors remind me that it's important to "stay the course" --- until scans and images show further areas of concern --- then treatment decisions can be made from there.
All of us fellows worry any time there is an uptick in P.S.A. --- I am no exception. It's worrisome --- "living by the numbers" ---
Should there ever come a time when you decide to pursue a series of chemo treatments, under advisement from your doctors, you can be assured the members here will encourage and support you, every step of the way.
It sounds like you are being proactive --- and staying on top of things --- that's important.
Keep us informed, Alephnull --- let us know how you're faring.
With all my best,
