Just got a copy of my Anatomic Pathology Report, and it looks very good to
me. I'll see what my Urosurgeon says about it tomorrow when my catheter comes
out. To wit:
G3+4 confirmed; G4 = 10%
Carcinoma in 15% of gland which was 16 gm (previous TURP)
Organ confined
Negative for EPE; Negative SV
pT2c pNO pMn/a
Grade: Group 2
Anterior Margins Involved by invasive
carcinoma: Limited (<3mm)
Length of positive margin: 0.1mm --- not bad, right?
Additional margins negative for carcinoma
No LN involvement of 4 examined
The pathology report was signed by a U of Miami resident.
Should I request a second opinion from Dr. Epstein???
