Can you get in to see Michalski? Dr. Gay may be fine, but I believe it's always best to see the top practitioners. I don't think surgery for high risk is as good as brachy boost therapy. But you have to find an RO who can do that, not just any RO. Brachy boost therapy has outcomes that are twice as good as surgery in high risk patients:
