Steady as she goes

Thanks folks for the positive responses. I guess I have selfishly been looking at posts in terms of "how can this post help me" rather than "will this post be of benefit to anyone else" and as several have said, it gives some confidence when you see that someone is doing well who is in a similar circumstance to yourself. So for those who have the same initial triple whammy of treatments as myself, i.e. RP, RT and ADT, and still gets BCR, then keep going, it's a long way from over yet.

TA, as usual you pose an interesting prospect. The PSMA report was not very specific re a "focus". it said "increased tracer uptake (SUVmax 3.5) is seen in the prostate bed, more extensive on the right".

At my last visit with my local RO (not involved with the scan) he looked at the images and actually had difficulty is finding the tracer uptake. He said it was very small, which I guess is good, but to my general question of what do we do now, he said systemic treatment (ADT) was the only option and felt that the 70 Gys I already had was enough. No mention of ablation, which I will pursue.

I guess by ablation, you mean surgery or some sort of diathermy and that of course would require a very specific focus. Might not be there yet, but thanks for offering a prospective option.
