SBRT with cocktail of HT?

Anyone have experience with a combination like ARN 509, Abiterone, Lupron for 3 months, then SBRT, then back on the three HTs for 3 months? It's a clinical trial at MSKCC.
My info below. In addition blood work was all in desired ranges except alkaline phosphatase, which was LOW (42 U/L) and acid phosphatase, which was HIGH (2.8 ng/mL -- Dx with BPH four years ago). Note PSA came down from 23.8 just after Nordictrac exercise to 20.44, seven weeks out from biopsy.

I don't have experience with it - I doubt anyone does - it's their clinical trial. But I can share the experience so far at UCLA where they treat high risk patients with SBRT monotherapy and up to 9 months of adjuvant Lupron (it was optional). They found low toxicity and the addition of Lupron didn't make a difference in toxicity.

But apalutamide and abiraterone + prednisone have a higher toxicity profile than just Lupron.

Thanks again. I appreciate your insights, always delivered clearly and backed by links to relevant studies.
Glad to know more about successes of SBRT. One day I think RP, another EBRT seems best, then SBRT, all probably with HT. Advice of MO will be important in decision.
